Fancy Tea Party Placemats

This simple and cute kid’s craft will make any tea party table fancy and sweet.  Simply print out the placemat pattern and get your child’s photo and you can make a placemat in a snap.  If you can’t get a photo, have your child draw in their picture in the frame of the placemat.  Have more tea party fun and make our Fancy Fans and Cheshire Cat craft

What you'll need:

  • Construction paper or cardstock any color

  • Child’s photo (a 3 x 3 picture works best) or crayons or markers to draw a picture

  • Scissors

  • Glue stick

  • Laminator

  • Tea Party Printout

How to make it:

  1. Print out the Tea Party placemat.  If you are using a photo, use your scissors to remove the circle within the frame.  From the back of the picture, glue or paste the photo into the frame.

  2. If you do not have a photo, draw in your pictures using crayons, markers, or pencils.

  3. Trim away the excess paper around the blue line of the placemat and mount your placemat onto the construction paper.  Laminate and you’re done.  If you do not have access to a laminating machine, you can insert your placemat into a plastic sheet protector and trim away the binder hole attachments.
