  • Colored construction paper: White/Black/Blue/Grey

  • Black Marker

  • Scissors

How to make it:

  1. Print out the Polar Bear puppet pattern and cut the pieces out of the paper color indicated on the pattern.

  2. For the head:  glue on the eyes, nose, eyebrows, and inner ear shapes.  Draw in the mouth below the nose.  Attach the head to the paper bag on the flap.

  3. For the main body:  Lift the bag flap and glue the arm piece under the flap at the crease.  Next, lift the arms and glue the leg piece to the bag at the waist.  Lift the arms and glue on the oval tummy piece.

  4. For the arms and feet:  Glue the two claw pieces to each of the arms at the hands.  Glue the toes on the feet.  Glue the fish to the hands.
